Shorty after receiving her MFA in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, Trosino's specialty was in children's illustration, particularly for magazines in the southeast region of the United States.

These watercolor illustrations were created for magazine companies, self promotion, and Trosino's greeting card line.
